Cost Assistance, houshold income cannot be above the following
guidelines:

| 2 people | $50,050 |
| 3 people | $56,300 |
| 4 people | $62,550 |
| 5 people | $67,600 |
| 6 people | $72,600 |
| 7 people | $77,600 |
| 8 people | $82,600 |
Currently down payment and closing cost assistance and mortgage subsidy funds are available for households purchasing a house in Easthampton.
