Homebuyer Education Classes
Valley CDC offers a 4 week workshop series certified by MassHousing, CHAPA & Mass Housing Partnership. This class is required to participate in the Soft Second Mortgage Program and the Mass Housing Loan Programs. To receive a certificate, attendance at all four classes is required.
