During the First time Homebuyers Webinar Sessions 1-3, you will learn from local professionals in the fields of mortgages, real estate, home inspection, and law about what to expect as you prepare to purchase a home. These first-time homebuyer classes are a great opportunity to ask specific questions about your situation and get great tips to prepare yourself for each step in the Massachusetts home buying process.
The cost is $50 for two people who live in the same household. Our webinars are held via Zoom. Homebuyer classes are held on weekday evenings and are open to everyone, regardless of where you live or work. Please reach out if you need reasonable accommodation due to disability or lack of technology access.
We also offer Post-Purchase Workshops twice a year during the spring and fall. The workshop is free but you need to register and space is limited. You will get expert advice from industry professionals on reducing your energy costs, seasonal maintenance for your home, and how to protect your investment in tough times.
If our First-Time Homebuyer webinar dates don’t work for you, we also offer a go-at-your-own-pace First-Time Homebuyers Course created by Frameworks. The cost is $75 per household.
