First Time Homebuyer Dowmpayment and Closing Cost Assistance Grants
Yes, your household may be eligible for a $4,950.00 grant ("free" money) to purchase your first home!
To be eligible for the First Time Homebuyer's Assistance Grant, houshold income cannot be above the following guidelines:

| 2 people | $45,900 |
| 3 people | $51,600 |
| 4 people | $57,350 |
| 5 people | $61,950 |
| 6 people | $66,550 |
| 7 people | $71,100 |
| 8 people | $75,700 |
Currently funds are available for families purchasing a house in Amherst or Easthampton.
