Valley offers First Time Homebuyer webinars every month.  Click here to register for upcoming dates.  During these classes you will learn for local professionals and bankers about what to expect as you go through the process of preparing to purchase a home.  This is a great opportunity to ask specific questions about your situation and get great tips to prepare yourself for each step in the homebuying process.

The cost is $50 for two people in a household.  Currently, these workshops are being held via Zoom. Classes are held on weekday evenings and are open to everyone, regardless of where you live or work.

We also offer Post-Purchase Workshops twice a year. Our next course will be scheduled in March of 2021, check back for more details.
